Dr. Samuel Qi
General Manager, Shanghai Symphony Telecom Co., Ltd.

Dr. Samuel Qi, is appointed as General Manager of Shanghai Symphony Telecommunications Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as SST) by the Board Meeting on October, 2009, with responsibility of business operation and overall management of SST.

Dr. Samuel Qi has long been engaging in telecommunications industry with abundant management experience. Specialized in development of telecommunication product as well as operation and management of value-added service, he boasts a variety of practice and experience in strategic management, capital operation and financial management. China Telecom Global Eye Network Video Surveillance System, of which he led development and promotion, won the National Independent Innovation Certificate awarded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC, and the First Prize of Science and Technology awarded by China Telecom Group. The R&D team under his leadership developed many patent products. He was selected for the first team of 21st Century Talent by China Telecom Group.

Before joining SST, Samuel acted as Vice President of Shanghai Institute of China Telecom Co., Ltd from 2007 to September, 2009, responsible for development of telecommunication product as well as value-added service and 3G products in business transformation. During his tenure, Best Tone Services, Global Eye Network Video Surveillance System, Machine-to-Machine Services was successfully launched and promoted. Prior to that, Samuel acted as Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Information Industry (Group) Co., Ltd, taking charge of development of strategic new business, planning & finance, business development and the management of joint ventures, etc. Before that, he was successively appointed as Vice President of Shanghai Telecommunications Technological Research Institute, Assistant Director of the Science and Technology Department of Shanghai Post and Telecom Administration, engaged in product R&D, network service support, enterprise informatization.

Dr. Samuel Qi, member of the Communist Party of China, holds doctor’s degree of engineering from Tsinghua University and EMBA from China-Europe International Business School, is a member of the Committee of Science and Technology of China Telecom (Group) Co., Ltd.

Eric Wang
Deputy General Manager, Shanghai Symphony Telecom Co., Ltd.

Eric Wang, is appointed as Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Symphony Telecommunications Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as SST) by the Board Meeting on March, 2006, with responsibility of marketing and sales, including products introduction and development, pre-sale technical support.

Eric has sufficient management experience in the telecommunications industry. He participated in SST as Sales Director in 2001 and was promoted to Business Director in 2005, in full charge of marketing and sales. Before joining the company, he worked as the Sales Manager in the Global Account Department for the Shanghai Representative Office of Concert, a joint venture of AT&T and BT, taking charge of the new business promotion and implementation. From 1999 to 2005, Eric had been successively appointed as the Marketing Manager, Senior Account Manager Etc. in the business department of the East China and Southeast China branch of AT&T China.

Eric Wang, holds bachelor’s degree of Economics, Sun Yat-sen University, Computer Senior Programmer. He was received the qualification certificate of Project Management Professional in 2005.

Fu Ming
Chief Financial Officer, Shanghai Symphony Telecom Co., Ltd.

Fu Ming, is appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Shanghai Symphony Telecommunications Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as SST) by the Board Meeting on March, 2006, responsible for leading SST’s finance organization which includes financial planning and analysis, controller, internal & external audit.

Fu Ming has 15-year of experience in the finance realm. Before joining SST, he was Accounting Manager at Shanghai Information Investment Co., Ltd, and with additional post as Director Member of Shanghai Information Pipeline Co., Ltd, Shanghai DigiVision, Supervisor of Shanghai E&P International INC, Shanghai Fufeitong. From 2001 to March 2002, Fu Ming worked as Financial Fund Manager at Shanghai Forte Land Group, where he was responsible for corporate restructuring, listed preparing, accounting management. Prior to that, Fu Ming successively served at Fosun Pharma, Shanghai Feilo Acoustics Co., Ltd, with the position of Financial Director, Financial &Assets Minister, committed to financial accounting, assets management, and internal & external audit.

Fu Ming, member of the Communist Party of China, holds Master’s degree of Accounting from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, is Certificated Public Accountant and Senior Accountant. He was received the Qualification certificate of Financial Director from Shanghai National Accounting Institute in 2009.
