Project Manager
Requirement:
  • Bachelor or above degree, majoring in telecommunication/computer/electronics;
  • More than 3 years working experience in Telecom industry, project management, network support/management;
  • Project Management skill, PMP certificate is preferred;
  • Telecom related experience and onsite technical support;
  • Be proficient in the ordering & implementation process of China telecom carries;
  • WAN/LAN deployment skill, especially SDH,DDN,MPLS,VPN,VOIP,etc;
  • Cisco products hands-on experience is a must. CCIE/CCNP/CCNA is preferred;
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skill ;
  • English as a working language.
  • High integrity.
Job Scope:
  • Fulfill service items in customer contract;
  • Project plan, schedule, allocate resources, implementation, monitor the progress;
  • Communicate and meeting with customer for efficient cooperation, project progress report;
  • CPE on site installation, configuration and acceptance test;
  • Manage and coordinate partners & vendors.
Sales
Job Scope:
  • In charge of the operation broadening and the maintenance of the clients of Japanese company.
  • In charge of managing and widening the clients of company.
  • Actualizing sales plans and achieving sales targets of company.
  • Assisting all the marketing activities, expending the effects of company operation and shooting for the target clients.
  • Managing well in the relationship of all the clients and owning clients group
  • Coordinating the operation of clients, the related departments of company such as engineering and finance.
Requirement:
  • College or Bachelor degree, majoring in telecommunication/computer/electronics.
  • Working experience in international carriers such as Equant, C&W, BT, Singtel, PCCW, DT,etc.
  • Having ample industrial experience and definite clients of B-end.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skill.

Technical Consultant
Job Scope:
  • Analyze and translate the customer's business requirements, enabling tailored design of network solutions, including proposal, quotation and presentations.
  • Co-work with suppliers and internal team members to support product development of the Corporate.
  • Offer effective technical support, and maintain contemporary technology trends.
  • Support Account Team to maintain good relationship with customers.
Requirement:
  • A quick learner and doer
  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer/Communication/ Electronic Engineering or other related fields
  • Over 3 years’ working experience in IT or Telecom companies, proven track record
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin are required. Japanese will be a big plus
  • Wide knowledge in Enterprise IP and Voice Network field are required
  • Ability to provide guidance on WAN bids and designs
  • Ability to translate highly technical service propositions into customer benefits
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and a positive attitude under pressure
  • CCIE or CISSP certification will be an advantage
  • Experience in pre-sales, engineering/PM function of Telecom Industry will be an advantage
Customer Service Manager
Requirement:
  • Bachelor or above degree, majoring in telecommunication /computer /electronics;
  • English as a working language;
  • A minimum of 5-years in Cisco networking with solid direct customer facing and service/project maintenance & management experiences;
  • Cisco Certification (minimum CCNP);
  • Cisco IPT /VOIP and Security Certification;
  • WAN/LAN deployment skill;
  • A sound background in customer service maintenance and on-going support, project delivery coordination, customer network architecture designing, service issue and incident cooperation will highly regards;
  • The person must be highly ethical, have outstanding business acumen, effective relationship building skills and a high degree of professionalism.
Job Scope:
  • The Customer Service Manager is the critical interface for SST’s key customer;
  • Attention to the customer, the ability to lead a virtual team, plus keen organizational and coordinate sensitivity is required in this position;
  • Strategic vision, analytical intelligence, innovative thinking, effective multi-tasking ability and pro-activity are all required to maintain to the customer and SST’s needs;
  • The role is pivotal to the success of the SST, which requires an individual with a positive approach, outstanding coordination skills and the ability to develop sound and trusting relationship within critical accounts.
Financial Analyst
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, economics, and keep accounting license.
  • At least 2-years working experience in accounting or finance field in MNC. Previous experience of financial analysis would be a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Good ability on communication and team work, self-motivated and able to work independently with patience
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Job Responsibility:
  • Consolidate and analyze monthly operating results, prepare monthly /quarterly/yearly analysis reports for management team
  • Assist and collaborate in preparing annual budget and make variance or trend analysis of monthly, quarterly, yearly actual financial statement (compare with budget)
  • Track and analyze product GP
  • Contract administer
  • Support financial manager in financial matters
Billing Specialist
Qualifications:
  • College or Bachelor Degree in accounting or related field
  • Be accountability, self-motivated, consciousness of customer service
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Good ability on communication and team work
  • Previous experience on AR collection & credit control is a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Honesty and good faith
Job Responsibility:
  • Billing information and system maintenance
  • Invoice issue and support on billing related reports
  • AR management, shorten AR collection period
  • Support financial manager in financial matters
Strategic & Process Planning Manager
Requirement:
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Language skills: English
  • At least 3 years experience in process management/strategic planning / strategy consulting project
  • Telecom/IT industry consulting experience preferred
  • Self-motivated,result orientated and analytical thinking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross functional team skill.
  • Strong project management skills.
Job Scope:
  • Use deep insight into the Telecom environment and overall business trends to identify high potential growth opportunities and support to develop strategic report aperiodically for the long-term sustainable growth
  • Support to identification, planning, design, execution, coordination, and communication of strategy projects.
  • Supporting and coordination of corporate process improvement
  • Identification, proposal and facilitation of the process and structural improvement for the area.
  • Maintain and accumulate process assets, such as procedures, templates, checklists, and work product examples, and share them across the organization
